Every product we sell comes with manufacturer warranty coverage. As an official Unitree distributor, we handle all warranty claims directly.
Robots
12 Months
Standard manufacturer warranty on all Unitree robot models including Go2, G1, B2, H1, H2, R1, and A2 series. Warranty begins from the day you receive the product.
Accessories & Sensors
6 Months
Warranty on accessories including batteries, chargers, controllers, and LiDAR sensors (L1 and L2 series).
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Hardware component failures under normal use
Motor and actuator malfunctions
Sensor and electronics failures
Battery defects (capacity degradation beyond normal wear excluded)
Factory software/firmware issues
What's Not Covered
- ✕ Damage from drops, impacts, falls, collisions, squeezing, immersion, or violent use
- ✕ Unauthorised repairs, modifications, disassembly, or shell opening
- ✕ Damage caused by running custom programs in developer mode (high-level or low-level development)
- ✕ Use of non-original battery packs, accessories, or third-party components
- ✕ Environmental damage: rain, sand, wetlands, electromagnetic interference, low-friction surfaces (ice, glass)
- ✕ Operation outside specified conditions — overloading beyond safe capacity, improper terrain, or extreme temperatures
- ✕ Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, cosmetic marks, and battery capacity degradation
- ✕ Products with obvious collision marks, water stains, dust/gravel invasion, or corrosion
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take photos or video of the defect or malfunction. Note the robot's serial number, purchase date, and a description of the problem.

Remote Diagnosis or Return
Many issues can be resolved remotely via firmware updates or guided troubleshooting. If a physical return is needed, the customer is responsible for initial shipping costs. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, MCM Robotics will cover repair, parts, and return shipping.
Resolution
Depending on the issue, we'll repair the unit, replace the defective component, or provide a full replacement. If the product does not qualify for free warranty repair, you may choose paid repair or have the unit returned at your cost. Note: maintenance may result in data loss — please back up your data beforehand.
