Support, downloads and documentation.
Local first-line support from the team that sold and imported your robot, plus the official Unitree documentation, software and SDK resources in one place.
What MCM handles from George.
Buying through the official channel means the support obligation sits in your time zone. This is the work we do ourselves, before anything escalates to the factory.
Pre-dispatch checks
Every robot we sell is checked before dispatch: firmware verified and hardware inspected. You receive a working machine with orientation guidance, and we are a call away while you get it running.
Diagnostics & triage
Remote-first diagnostics using logs, video and firmware state. Most issues resolve over a call in South African hours, without shipping anything anywhere.
Warranty handling
Claims run through us as the official distributor. We assess locally, coordinate with Unitree engineering, and manage the repair end to end, so you never deal with a factory on another continent.
Genuine parts
Batteries, chargers, controllers and structural spares ordered against your serial number. Genuine Unitree parts only: no generic substitutes, no guesswork on fitment.
Firmware & updates
Guidance on safe update paths and release timing for every platform we supply, so an update never strands a working robot mid-project.
How ordering works.
Pick the platform, configuration and accessories online. Every price is in Rand, ex VAT, calculated from the live USD rate.
Checkout issues a PDF invoice with banking details instantly. Orders confirm on receipt of payment, with no card fees.
Airfreight, customs clearance and insurance are itemised on your order before you pay. Typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks.
Delivered anywhere in South Africa, checked before dispatch, and supported from George for its working life.

The warranty, in plain language.
Every robot sold through MCM Robotics carries the manufacturer's warranty, honoured locally by us as the official South African distributor. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for the term shown on your configuration and invoice.
Claims start with a call or email to us, not a shipping label to a factory. We diagnose remotely first, repair locally with genuine parts where we can, and coordinate with Unitree engineering when a claim needs the factory. Wear items such as batteries carry their own terms.
Opening sealed housings or stripping assemblies outside an approved repair breaks the warranty seal.
Third-party firmware, electrical rework or aftermarket power systems put the unit outside factory support.
Water and dust ingress beyond the model's published rating is operating damage, not a defect.
Crash and impact damage from use outside Unitree's operating guidelines is repairable, but it is not a warranty claim.
Units bought outside the official channel carry no local warranty at all. Ours do, and it is honoured from George.
