MCM Robotics is part of the MCM Group, a family of operating businesses based in George. We took on the Unitree distributorship because the robots were arriving in South Africa anyway: as grey imports, with no warranty, no parts and no one to phone. That is a bad way to own a six-figure machine.
As the official channel we import directly from Unitree, invoice in Rand, handle SARS clearance, check every unit before dispatch, and carry the first-line support obligation ourselves. Our own G1 works South African corporate events, so the machines we sell are machines we operate.
