Before you order
Five things to know.
Your venue needs signal.Wi-Fi or 5G coverage across the whole tour area, so the robot can reach the internet wherever it walks.
Standard is fitted by you, Advanced by Unitree.The Standard backpack is customer-installed with Unitree's manual. The Advanced head and chest are modified at the factory and cannot be converted on site, so Advanced is always ordered with its robot.
Interaction hours.Standard includes 2 000 hours of voice and LLM use within 2 years, about 4.5 hours a working day. Extra interaction packages are available on request. Advanced is unlimited for 2 years.
Lead time.4 to 6 weeks from payment confirmation, like every robot we import.
Quotation first.Add a build to the cart and request a quotation. It itemises airfreight, customs, delivery and VAT before you pay anything.
